Our founder, Delana Avery, has spent time exploring Belize—not just as a traveler, but as a student of its rhythm, history, and people. She has shared meals with locals, listened to stories passed down through generations, and witnessed the quiet strength woven into everyday life.

Belize is also deeply personal for us as a team. The entire Avery-Robinson leadership has traveled there together as a family, building our own connections with the people, places, and culture. Those shared experiences—laughing over fresh seafood, wandering vibrant markets, and feeling the stillness of the Belizean coast—have strengthened both our bond as a team and our commitment to bringing others into spaces that inspire transformation.
